Sean Nakashige-Ormsby

Sean Nakashige-Ormsby is a forward-thinking administrator and technology leader who helps lead SEEQS by bridging the gap between infrastructure, strategy, and community building. He holds a B.A. from the University of Oregon, combining studies in Japanese, Graphic Design, and Family/Human Services—foundations that shaped his early career in residential leadership, international education, and private-sector tech consulting. When he isn’t shaping operational vision, Sean can be found in the ocean catching waves or fishing. 

At SEEQS, Sean has transitioned into administration to drive the school's technological vision, scale infrastructure, and empower high-performing teams. He is dedicated to fostering a collaborative culture that challenges conventional models and aligns resources with educational goals.
