Roanne is a lifelong learner who strives to build strong communities. She is a curious accountant who enjoys finding out more about processes and systems to help streamline and make information easier to use, share, and manage. She has worked in various industries from construction to non-profits, private and public companies, and by far her favorite workplace is at a school. In her free time you can find her in a good book or in her yard. Roanne has a BBA from the University of Hawaii and a MBA from the University of Phoenix. She is also a Master Practitioner of NLP from the Association for Integrative Psychology and a Board Certified Coach.
