SEEQS & the Community
2017-2018 SY
Community partnerships are an essential part of student learning at SEEQS. We value the relationships that we’ve built in our community, and continue to strengthen these partnerships. We do this so that our SEEQers have opportunities to experience learning in the real-world, and so that they can play a role of servicing the great work that is happening in their community. We are so grateful for the invaluable role that these community partners, and so many others, play in our SEEQS community!

EQS Camp 2017-2018
What is EQS Camp?
Students kickoff each EQS semester by spending 2 days out in the community, immersing themselves in foundational experiences that deepen their understanding and give context to the essential question of sustainability that they are examining. In semester 1, EQS Camp serves as the initial exposure to the question, and helps students to see what is already happening on their island to address the essential question. In semester 2, EQS Camp reignites the urgency around the essential question and motivates students to design solutions and address the needs of their community even further.
